Shipping from Europe usually takes:
• 10-14 working days for Canada, USA
• 15 - 20 working days for Australia and New Zealand
• 5 - 7 working days for Europe
Around major holidays there can be delays due the large amount of packages in transit on each Postal Office.
Some international orders are not trackable. Customs may delay your package for up to 8 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
The packages are shipped to the PayPal address. If you want your order to be sent to another address, please specify this in a note or message!
Lost packages ARE NOT my responsibility because, unfortunately, I can't control international shipping.
